Yep. It actually happened. I recorded a podcast. Today's episode is an introduction to the three ingredients of integrity - what we believe, what we communicate, and our actions. 

Apologies for the occasional sound glitches. Did my best to minimize them, but they're still noticeable. 

The image to the right may be helpful towards the end of the podcast when I try to explain how the three components fit together.

Also note that today's episode is a little long on explication and short on stuff that can be quickly applied to marketing, management, and leadership technique. I did it in an attempt to keep the pod from running over 15 minutes. Going forward I'll be trying to work those things into the mix more frequently and in greater depth. The pods will take as long as they'll take.
